| Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer's disease is a complex heterogeneous disease, and understanding its heterogeneity is very important for understanding its underlying pathophysiological mechanisms and making predictions. We can use ADNI data sets to cluster and predict patients' cognitive and related biomarkers based on their disease trajectory, and reflect different disease stages or biologically different subtypes, which is of great significance for accurate treatment. |
