| Proposed Analysis: | We are working on a very promising machine learning algorithm to predict Alzheimer's genetic predisposition based on genomic information. It has been developed and validated using data of patients diagnosed with Alzheimer's from the UK Biobank. At this point, we find as a fundamental step, validating our results in ADNI data to see how our algorithm performance in different ethnicities before publishing and uploading it into an open access github repository. ADNI data will also allow us to have a direct comparison between our algorithm and other algorithms developed using this dataset. |
