| Proposed Analysis: | I want to access 3D maps of CMRglc in MNI-space from your FDG PET studies on MCI patients and controls (if you have any), along with information on cognitive score and clinical progression. This is for comparison with a Deuterium Metabolic Imaging MRI study that I am running in my lab. I would like data comparable to Figure 1 in Mosconi L, Andrews RD, Matthews DC, Adni. Comparing Brain Amyloid Deposition, Glucose Metabolism, and Atrophy in Mild Cognitive Impairment with and without a Family History of Dementia. J Alzheimers Dis 2013;35:509-24. Our study has UK ethical approval. I haven't mentioned comparison to the ADNI data set in our ethics, but I don't think there is any requirement to do this under UK law. Hence I am leaving the "IRB" fields blank. |
