| Proposed Analysis: | Based on systematic review with text-mining in clinicaltrial.gov, we have an overview of used inclusion and exclusion criteria in AD trials, we now want to analyze how these criteria influence eligibility of women and men. This mainly concerns clinical characteristics, such as age, MMSE (or other cognitive screener), studypartner, medical history, but also imaging and biomarker status. For instance, which % of cohort will and will not be eligible based on MMSE. With a specific focus on differences between women and men. This will help to identify which criteria could be altered to increase equal inclusion of both women and men. |
