| Proposed Analysis: | In this proposed analysis, we aim to investigate the structural brain networks in patients with brain tumors, focusing on alterations in network topology and connectivity. Using the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) data, we will perform a comparative analysis between healthy controls and brain tumor patients. Specifically, we will employ graph theory-based methods to identify changes in network measures, such as clustering coefficient, characteristic path length, and modularity. Additionally, we will investigate the association between these network alterations and clinical variables such as tumor size, location, and histological type. By analyzing ADNI data in this context, we hope to enhance the understanding of brain tumor-related network disruptions and their potential impact on cognitive function, which could contribute to the development of targeted therapeutic strategies. |
