| Proposed Analysis: | The proposed analysis aims to 1) use machine learning techniques to find the biomarkers that are most associated with the disease progression, 2) evaluate the performances of those methods, and 3) compare the findings with the current literatures. We will apply both unsupervised and supervised learning methods, including principal components analysis, K nearest-neighbors regression and classification, begging, random forests, boosting, and so forth. |
