| Proposed Analysis: | Following our current research on cognitive aging, MCI and AD, and both potential biomarkers of transition to MCI and AD, and associated risk factors, we would like to use ADNI data to: (A) validate and further refine our current findings regarding the timeline of cognitive aging (currently being prepared for submission) and associated risk factors (currently being analyzed); and (B) validate in a comprehensive clinical dataset the biomarkers of MCI identified in a meta-analytic study (currently being analyzed). |
