| Proposed Analysis: | Our goal is to clarify the mechanism of neurodegeneration in AD. We would like to investigate the relationship between the neurodegeneration in AD and the deposition of proteins probably induced AD using PET imaging data (Aβ and tau) and diffusion MRI metrics (e.g., Diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI), Neurite Orientation Dispersion and Density Imaging (NODDI), Fixel-based analysis (FBA), peak width of skeletonized mean diffusivity (PSMD), etc.). |
