| Proposed Analysis: | Deep learning-based method for cortical surface-based neuroimaging analysis Our analysis will involve mapping features estimated from functional and structural MRI data onto the cortical surface for multimodal analysis. Mainly, we will apply deep learning-based methods to study aging-related changes in brain structure and function, as well as brain cortical-surface reconstruction. |
