| Proposed Analysis: | We are designing a study to evaluate the relationship between volumetric indices, such as global cortical atrophy and hippocampal atrophy, and cognitive assessment scores in individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and Alzheimer's disease. using machine learning techniques to identify patterns of brain atrophy and metabolic changes that are predictive of cognitive decline in individuals with Alzheimer's disease. I plan to use a combination of statistical methods and artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze the imaging data. |
