Proposed Analysis: | The ADNI database, would primarily be used for research on imaging and physiological data of individuals with Alzheimer's disease (AD). My interest in this database stems from my desire to utilize its resources to further my research efforts in understanding the progression of AD. Specifically, I plan to use the XAI (Explainable Artificial Intelligence) technique to analyze the data stored in the database. This method allows for a deeper level of analysis and interpretation of complex data sets, which will aid in the discovery of potential biomarkers and risk factors associated with AD. As an experienced researcher in the field of neuroscience, my work has focused on studying the underlying mechanisms of AD and developing effective treatment strategies. I believe that gaining access to the ADNI database will provide me with invaluable information that can be used to advance our understanding of this debilitating disease. My research will focus primarily on analyzing MRI and PET-CT scans as well as physiological data from individuals with AD. The insights gained from these analyses will help to identify patterns and correlations in the data, which can be used to develop more targeted treatments and interventions for individuals with AD. I understand the importance of maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of the individuals whose data is included in the database, and I assure you that any data accessed through the ADNI database will be used solely for research purposes and will follow all ethical guidelines and regulations. |
