Proposed Analysis: My aim is to create a method that would improve the extracted resting-state fMRI network measures' reliability within- and between- subjects. Given that most large-scale studies that started almost a decade ago have resting-state fMRI that have roughly 10 minutes of scan time, which is less than the recommended 20 minutes of scan length needed for reliable individualized resting-state functional correlation (RSFC) derived parcellation and community (Gordon et al. 2017). My goal is to see test if a resampling method can be used during the construction of the RSFC matrix, and if that could reduce the measurement error for RSFC that has less than 20 minute of scan time.
