| Proposed Analysis: | Neuroscience student, supervision under Dr. Taravat Ghafourian. We are working on development of models for Alzheimer's Disease progression from longitudinal patient data. We want to formulate models via use of various machine learning algorithms, namely decision trees and Constructed Temporal Features (CTFs). The algorithm should predict clinical diagnosis, cognitive test results, and imaging results (i.e total ventricle volume). Algorithm models should also identify patient factors that impact future diagnosis of AD or disease progression, such as lifestyle attributes or biochemical aspects of comorbidities. |
