| Proposed Analysis: | We intend to use the data in order to evaluate the performance of the "Dynamic-DeepHit: A Deep Learning Approach for Dynamic Survival Analysis with Competing Risks based on Longitudinal Data" model, as presented in the research article by Changhee Lee which uses data from UK Cystic Fibrosis Registry to train and evaluate their model. To achieve this, we aim to replicate the study by running their code on your data, and compare the results with those reported in the paper. This will help us to assess the accuracy and reliability of the model and determine if it can be used in our own research. |
