Proposed Analysis: Temporal medical imaging analysis: There is a breadth of imaging available for diseases that have a longitudinal/temporal element (i.e. Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease etc.) where disease progression is an important element of the treatment and understanding of how the disease affects the patient. As a secondary element, being able to track the effectiveness of treatment is also a benefit of a longitudinal study. As the charge of this project is to try a state-of-the-art, and there has been work done in this area in the past, our goal is to incorporate novel elements such as multimodal inputs or approach unique medical diagnoses/diseases that have not yet been explored by existing research.
