| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to use the ProtoPNet architecture in combination with popular pre trained deep learning models and multimodal models to increase the interpretability of MRI scan AD classification from the ADNI dataset. The use of the Grading maps provides an easy to interpret tool to study the dementia features of the entire brain and provide interpretable differential diagnosis for Alzheimer's disease and frontotemporal lobe dementia. |
