Proposed Analysis: Our study focuses on the investigation of multimodal federated learning in medical impact. The hypothesis is that by utilizing federated learning, we can improve the performance of the system, considering that each client in the federated setting has two or more modalities of data. We will employ deep neural networks for feature extraction and prediction, and analyze the features to gain insights into the model and data distribution of each client. Data processing will be conducted using existing methods, with references provided to the relevant literature. Data processing is crucial to our study. We will analyze the application performance of our proposed model using experimental results on the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset.
