| Proposed Analysis: | Our laboratory uses MRI images for deep learning. We have developed a brain segmentation model that is capable of segmenting the hippocampus. We intend to use the ADNI dataset as a testing dataset to evaluate our model's performance. Specifically, we aim to segment the hippocampus and calculate its volume in order to investigate the relationship between different symptoms and hippocampal atrophy. |
