Proposed Analysis:	I am interested in the association of TREM2 mutations rs75932628 and rs143332484 with white matter MRI-based measures such as diffusion and FLAIR hyperintensities. I plan to compare the measures to those in controls and look at the interaction of these measures with AD disease progression.
