| Proposed Analysis: | Examine how the relationships between modifiable risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease (e.g., hearing impairment, disturbed sleep) with brain structure and cognition might be modified by language use among Hispanics/Latinos/Latinxs (henceforth Latinos)—a group that faces dementia disparities. Additionally, we will examine other potential demographic modifiers of these relationships (e.g., age, sex). Finally, given the relatively small number of Latinos with ATN data, we would like to do a secondary analysis examining the relationships between modifiable risk factors, ATN biomarkers, and cognitive outcomes as well. |
