| Proposed Analysis: | The magnetic resonance imaging analysis section is unfolded as follows. According to the experimental design, magnetic resonance images were acquired from the experimental mice. The acquired low-field MRI images were used for synthetic reconstruction of the high-field-like images in order to allow for more accurate diagnostic analysis and provide more precise information subsequently. Therefore, it is hoped in the preliminary stage that the publicly available fMRI dataset can be used for reconstruction attempts of the high field-like MRI images so that it can be successfully applied to the MR images of mouse brains under study in the future. |
