| Proposed Analysis: | Our research program identifies key communities in the brain by applying functional imaging data from older populations to compartmentalize the brain. Specifically, by adopting the method of functional network, a functional connection network is constructed, and the cortex is repartitioned by community detection method on this network. On this basis, we will further divide the cortical morphological features, such as fundi, gyral crown and other basin-related features, to verify whether the differences in functional attributes of the aging population are related to the early changes in cortical morphology. |
