Proposed Analysis: I am a 2nd year PhD student at the University of California, Merced. My proposed research is in adapting the KPP-Equation to create a spatial and temporal model of the propagation of misfolded proteins responsible for the aggregation and subsequent formation of plaque (both AB and Tau pathologies). I wish to test this model against real world data to determine prediction capabilities.
