Proposed Analysis:	The aim is to study blood Neurofilament Light as a biomarker for brain longevity in healthy elderly. We will assess the association of 1) baseline NfL, and 2) longitudinal change in NfL with longitudinal change in a) whole brain atrophy, b) ADAS-COG and c) AIDL in participants with normal cognition. We aim to explore effects in ADNI1 and subsequently validate these in ADNI2 and 3.
