| Proposed Analysis: | We are building a structural graph using T1 weighted images of patients with Multiple sclerosis, and controls, using graph theory based on thickness average, maximum principal curvature, folding index, and mean depth as features. The resulting matrices will be compared between the two groups to investigate differences in structure in MS patients, as well as the effect of lesions on these structures, and how affect relatiobships between various regions of interest. This dataset would hopefully provide us with sex and age matched controls, as we only have MS patient data at the moment. |
