Proposed Analysis:	I intend to use the structural MRI data for brain age analysis using a graph neural network approach. For this purpose, I will leverage the cortical thickness estimates in our recently developed analysis pipeline (description available at https://arxiv.org/abs/2305.18370). ADNI dataset will be combined with other AD-related datasets to check reproducibility and generalization of the conclusions drawn from the analysis.
