| Proposed Analysis: | We hope to analyze specifically, image oriented data and determine associations with disease state classification. My mentor (University of Florida) and I have already explored the ADNI data set, where we used regression and classification models to make inferences of which biomarkers were significant to identify disease states. We are looking to investigate the relationship between white matter concentrations from derived ADNI images. This will allow us to derive a connection between genetic and image based biomarkers. |
