| Proposed Analysis: | We aim to use the ADNI's extensive dataset to investigate the connection between neuroimaging biomarkers on MRI and PET, fluid biomarkers, comorbidities, genetic risk, and lifestyle factors and cognitive decline in people at risk for or with clinical Alzheimer’s disease. Also, we aim to investigate the influence of other factors, such as genetic markers. Statistical analyses, such as linear regression models, mixed-effects models, and longitudinal analyses, will be employed to investigate hypothesized associations. |
