| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to perform supervised machine learning analyses on the following data: GWAS and WGS, genotyping data for APOE and TOMM40, demographics, cognitive assessments, biospecimen analyses (including CSF tau, sAPP, BACE, plasma Aβ40 and Aβ42), and CSF assays. We are looking to build predictive models (e.g. artificial neural networks) based on this data to (a) identify the relationship between genetics, cognition, and biomarkers, and (b) to identify genetic variants that should be prioritized for functional studies. |
