I'm trying to locate and solve the distribution shift problem that appeared in transferring a pre-trained model(based on U-net architecture for now) for brain image segmentation from one dataset to another, usually collected from different sites or MRI scanners, so I would like to use ADNI as one of the datasets from different sites. |
