Proposed Analysis:	Bayesian causal mediation analysis with latent mediators and survival outcome.The proposed method is applied to the ADNI dataset to further confirm its utility reflected by the simulation studies. The ADNI study collected comprehensive neuroimages, genetic biomarkers, and cognitive test data of a cohort of 800 participants between 55 and 80 years old initially and followed by some extensions afterward to track the signs and development of AD.
