Proposed Analysis: | The objective of the present study is to use Similarity Network Fusion (Wang et al., 2014) to integrate brain imaging and cognitive measures to identify new data-driven subgroups cutting across classifications of Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment, and the typically aging brain. Integrating multiple measures (i.e., brain metrics, depression scores, dementia ratings) could allow for a more holistic investigation into the similarities and differences between these groups which may be lost with the current categorization. |
