| Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in profiling metabolites in the plasma of dementia patients, as a means to track disease progression. We will achieve this using a combination of dry-lab (diagnosis-expression level correlation analyses) and wet-lab (validation in local cohort) techniques. The ADNI dataset will be a rich resource for us to discover novel candidate plasma metabolite profiles associated with dementia diagnosis. |
