Proposed Analysis:	I wish to investigate the prevalence of various neuroprotective mutations, namely the APOE Christchurch variant and the RELN-COLBOS variant (which have been associated with "extreme resilience" in familial Alzheimer's disease) and determine their significance with respect to sporadic Alzheimer's disease. I also am interested in correlating such genetic data with other data modalities such as neuroimaging and neuropathology.
