Proposed Analysis: Our aim is to obtain plasma biomarker data, specifically pTau181, pTau217, NfL, Ab 42/40 ratio, and GFAP concentrations, through Simoa assays. The main goal is to create a multi-analyte combination algorithm that can predict AD in the ADNI cohort. Additionally, we are interested in knowing the ApoE status and amyloid PET (positive or negative) status of these samples. Our secondary objective is to measure the positive and negative predictive value of our multi-analyte assay with PET status. We want to access plasma biomarker data, specifically pTau181, ptau217, NfL, Ab 42/40 ratio and GFAP concentrations measured by Simoa assays.
