Proposed Analysis: | We aim to explore the relationship between hormone replacement therapy and brain aging. In particular, we are interested as to whether taking hormone replacement therapy in women is associated with an increased or decreased risk of the development of AD-related pathology, such as amyloid burden and elevated TAU as measured by PET. Covariates of our analysis will include history of hysterectomy and pregnancy. |
