| Proposed Analysis: | My research aims to understand the effect of active learning sampling in clinical trial datasets. Traditional attempts to use active learning for medical purposes considers all data to be independent across time; in actuality, data collected from the same patient exhibits dependencies across their visit data. I have created an algorithm that takes these dependencies into account when sampling images, providing accuracy improvements when compared to traditional active learning algorithms. I wish to complete this analysis on more clinical trial datasets to understand my algorithm's performance. |
