Proposed Analysis: ----------------- Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a situation where there are no fundamental dementia treatments, and the current effective reality is symptomatic treatments that delay or improve cognitive decline, rather than treating the disease. To this end, we aim to significantly contribute to the health policy goal of reducing the annual dementia patient growth rate by 50% by developing a multi-omics-based deep-learning algorithm for diagnosing mild cognitive impairment, a pre-stage of dementia. Furthermore, by developing a dementia conversion (AD conversion) risk prediction algorithm that predicts the disease progression of mild cognitive impairment group, we aim to solve the unmet needs of the super-aged society by improving the treatment effect and reducing the burden of medical finance through early decision of treatment direction.
