| Proposed Analysis: | We propose to evaluate our brain age algorithm on morphometric features extracted from structural MRI of the individuals in the ADNI dataset. Our brain age algorithm provides estimates of the brain age gap at the individual level and regional level. Therefore, we also plan to evaluate the associations of regional brain age with various clinical metrics to assess if certain brain regions could be linked with the clinical assessments of ADNI subjects. |
