| Proposed Analysis: | I will use ADNI neuropsychological test to train a machine learning model to classify different stages of cognitive decline. Several machine learning models will be tested, such as support vector machines, random forests, gradient boosted trees, multilayer perceptrons. The hyperparameters of the models will be optimized. The resulting trained model will be externally validated on an independent test set. |
