Proposed Analysis: This project develops a low-complexity AI architecture whose input is composed of ideally only clinical data and pre-selected CSF biomarkers but initially all the data available for easy system development to estimate the value of one of the blood biomarkers such as p-Tau 231. If the time allows, we estimate other blood biomarkers(BBMs) such as p-Tau 217,p-Tau 181, Aβ 42/40, GFAP, NFL. Some of the followings are the deliverables: 1) Survey of regression/classification algorithms 2) Shell scripts to automate the pre-processing 3) Implementation of regression/classification algorithms for Alzheimer's disease 4) Hyperparameter tuning for the machine learning algorithms 5) Performance evaluation of your AI system 6) Implementation of the graphical user interface to ease the usage of the software
