| Proposed Analysis: | Proposal for Data Access: Forecasting Alzheimer's Disease Progression and Analyzing Care Pathways for Personal Research. I am writing this proposal to request access to data related to Alzheimer's disease patients for the purpose of conducting personal research on forecasting the progression of the disease and reviewing the variation in care pathways that patients take. As an individual interested in contributing to the field of healthcare data science research in my personal time, I believe that understanding the trajectory of Alzheimer's disease and analyzing diverse care pathways can provide valuable insights. Objectives: Forecasting Alzheimer's Disease Progression: The primary objective of this research is to develop predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques to forecast the progression of Alzheimer's disease in patients. By analyzing historical data, I aim to identify patterns and factors that can help predict the future stages and severity of the disease for individual patients. Analyzing Care Pathways: The secondary objective is to review and analyze the variation in care pathways followed by Alzheimer's disease patients. I will investigate the different treatment approaches, interventions, and healthcare services utilized by patients at various stages of the disease. Understanding the diverse care pathways will provide insights into the factors that influence the choices made by patients and healthcare providers. |
