Principal Investigator's Name: | Catherine Clelland |
Institution: | Columbia University Irving Medical Center |
Department: | Psychiatry |
Country: | |
Proposed Analysis: | We are interested in using genetic polymorphisms as an indicator of gene expression and downstream biomarker level (for example a polymorphism in the GCH1 gene is associated with low GCH1 expression and low tetrahydrobiopterin level). We are looking for association of these biomarker relevant polymorphism with cognition and neuropsychiatric symptoms in AD and MCI. |

Investigator's Name: | Julia Anderson |
Proposed Analysis: | Association between biomarker linked genetic variants with cognition and neurospychiatric symptoms. |
Investigator's Name: | James Clelland |
Proposed Analysis: | Association between biomarker linked genetic variants with cognition and neurospychiatric symptoms. |
Investigator's Name: | Aiden Fel |
Proposed Analysis: | Working with the PI, Mr Fel will investigate the association between SNPs in for example, the GCH1 gene, which are know to modulate downstream neurotransmitter levels, with cognition. |
