Proposed Analysis:	Machine learning Algoritms on T1 MR Aim of our reaserch : verify biomarker MRPI and MRPI 2.0 on different cohorts in order to test performance in healthy subject, mci and Alzheimer’s subjects. Further, we want to apply machine learning algorithm (i.e Random forest, xgboost, lightgbm) on segmented T1 with Freesurfer , to improve differential diagnosis.
