Proposed Analysis: | The Phase I objective is to design, develop, and demonstrate the feasibility of Synth-BioMark™, a synthetic data generation platform powered by artificial intelligence for high-fidelity hybrid data sets to improve machine learning predictive power in early Alzheimer’s disease (AD) detection. Synth-BioMark platform tools will enable AD researchers to generate, utilize and analyze high-fidelity hybrid data sets to develop predictive ML algorithms applicable to the mild cognitive impairment (MCI) phase and more advanced AD. Large hybrid data sets combining both real-world data and synthetic data will then be shown to improve the predictive power of early, MCI AD detection in machine-learning applications. |
