Proposed Analysis: The main goal of this thesis is to design a computer-aided diagnostic system that automatically detects Alzheimer’ diseases stages through a multimodal deep learning model using multiple data modalities such as Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) scans. The main objectives of the proposed system are:  The Early detection of Alzheimer’ diseases through using both of Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) scans.  The proposed computer-aided diagnoses algorithm should be robust, to be applied to various datasets, and efficient in terms of the processing time.
