| Proposed Analysis: | I. Replication of previous DELCODE analysis on subjective reports (1) I wish to replicate the results obtained within the DELCODE cohort on the longitudinal evolution of subjective reporting of cognitive and functional decline (self- and informant-reported) and psycho-affective factors (depression and anxiety) as a function of clinical progression/cognitive decline combined with amyloid and tau status. All in cognitively unimpaired elderly when recruited. (2) As second step, I want to check whether this evolution of subjective report over 1-year is predictive of clinical progression or cognitive decline, or associated with longitudinal cerebral changes (MTL atrophy, cortical thickness), AD biomarkers (amyloid and tau - CSF/PET) and plasma biomarkers. II. In a first meta-analysis conducted in 9 cohorts with Rachel Buckley, we are looking for the association between self-reported SCD-plus criteria with amyloid or tau pathology. I want to extend this work by looking now at informant-reported SCD criteria in a meta-analyses conducted over more than 10 cohorts. I then now to extract myself new data for informant-report, amyloid and tau information and related information that I could need for analyses (e.g., demographic data, information on relative, self-report, depression, etc...) |
