| Proposed Analysis: | Use of single and multi-shell dwi data to determine intra-hippocampal interconnectivity between healthy controls and AD subjects. In addition, determine microstructural neurodegeneration using diffusion-weighted metrics in the cortical structure. I would also like to determine if neurodegeneration can be detected (using the aforementioned methods) for high-risk subjects, such as APOE4 carriers. |
