| Proposed Analysis: | Development of in-house software with purpose to detect abnormalities in human's brain PET scan images. the data needed in this research are: FDG PET scan images with human's brain as the target that consist of normal and healthy brain and images diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and also patients that are diagnosed with brain tumor. Our research will use methods which implement feature extraction of images using GCLM method and Artificial Neural Network as classification model with the goal the developed model able to classify the images with high accuracy. The model will be evaluated using ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristics) to measure and visualize the model's performances. four of parameters will be calculated: accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and Error. |
