| Proposed Analysis: | Our lab is doing a multi-omics analysis using proteomic data from CSF and RNAseq data from cortical brain tissue from donors with a variety of neurological diseases, including AD. We have found some preliminary results from the proteomic data that distinguish between donors with AD and healthy controls, and we would like to validate these results with an independent dataset. |
